These are easy to repair and will ensure that there are no leaks in the middle of a storm. Also check the attic for any holes that you can see light coming through and plug them up.When building a new home make sure to use a contractor who has provided references and is licensed properly. It is best to see examples of their work and a copy of their business license. If they are using sub-contractors get that in writing and make sure they have insurance to cover the cost of any workers being injured on the premises.Working with an architect to design the home of your dreams is an exciting venture.
